Back home, I wanted my parents to try this recipe and using my new molds I made this pizza baskets stuffed with salad, corn and olives, cute right? Method
How to make pizza bread baskets with salad
Arrange the flour in a large bowl, make a hole in the center and put the water with the yeast and the maltstart kneading then add oil and salt
Knead until you get a soft and homogeneous dough, then let it rise indoors for 2 hours
Now divide the pizza dough into 4 parts
Roll out each piece into a thin sheet
Line it with non-stick molds in the shape of a basket
Place the baskets upside down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with a little oil, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 15 minutes
As soon as the pizza baskets are golden, remove them from the oven
