How to make fresh egg pasta with the thermomix
Put flour, eggs and salt in the mixing bowl and work for 2 min. at vel. 5.
Using a spatula, collect the dough from the edges. Then work for 1 min., Speed. 6.
Wrap the dough with a little cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes, then divide it into smaller loaves and roll it out into sheets, using a rolling pin or a pastry pin.
